When utilizing any portion of any site owned and operated by iggyboo.com, you hereby accept all the terms of this Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, your only recourse is to not participate in and/or make purchases from the site.  We may revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this Agreement and posting it online at the site.  The revised terms and conditions will take effect on the date we post them to the site.  Your continued use of any portion of the site will signify your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.  Please visit this page frequently to stay informed of any changes to the Agreement.  It is your responsibility to check the site frequently to keep up to date on any changes.

Refunds.  Due to the nature of the products and/or services available for purchase from the site, as the products and/or services are digital in nature and have no physical substance, there is no way to "return" a purchase once access to the product and/or service has been given to the purchaser.  Therefore, all purchases from the site are sold "as is," are non-transferable, and all purchases are non-refundable.  In exceptional cases, iggyboo.com may issue a refund at its sole discretion, subject to an administrative and handling fee.  Fraudulent chargebacks made against iggyboo.com will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.

Disclaimer of Warranties.  The products and/or services being sold and provided herein are sold "as is" with no warranty.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, iggyboo.com disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to the products and/or services listed and sold on the site, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.  iggyboo.com does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality of, or accuracy of advertisements for, any merchandise, products, or services offered or provided by merchants or other third parties in conjunction with the products and/or services sold or provided herein.

Jurisdiction and Venue.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A, without reference to conflicts of law rules.  If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.  iggyboo.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.  Any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted only in the lawful jurisdiction of the state of Texas, County of Collin, U.S.A. Each party waives any objection it may have now or hereafter to the laying of the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding, and irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding.
